2. Product Licensing and Usage

  • The License Key: While the software code is GPL, your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable License Key. This key dictates your access to our premium support, automatic updates, and cloud-based features for the specific number of websites allowed by your purchased plan.
  • Prohibited Use of License Keys: You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute your personal License Key. If we detect that a License Key is being abused, shared publicly, or used on more sites than your plan permits, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the license without notice or refund.

3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

If you purchase a subscription-based product (e.g., an annual license), it will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Billing: Your payment method on file (securely processed by Stripe) will be charged automatically on the renewal date to ensure uninterrupted access to updates and support.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your AHA Plugins account dashboard. Canceling a subscription does not revoke your current license; it simply prevents the automatic renewal. You will continue to receive updates and support until your current paid term expires.

4. Intellectual Property

While the plugin code is GPL, all content on ahaplugins.com—including the “AHA Plugins” name, logos, text, graphics, documentation, and marketing materials—is the exclusive property of Expand Up Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our branding or products.

5. Updates and Support

  • Updates: We provide updates to our plugins to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress, add new features, and provide security patches. Access to automatic updates requires an active and valid License Key.
  • Support: Technical support is provided solely to the original purchaser with an active License Key. We reserve the right to decline support if the product is being used in an environment or manner that violates these terms, or if the user exhibits abusive or unprofessional behavior toward our support staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

AHA Plugins provides its products “as is.” While we strictly test and strive to ensure our plugins are secure, highly functional, and reliable, we do not guarantee that they will function flawlessly with all 3rd-party themes, plugins, hosting environments, or future versions of WordPress. In no event shall AHA Plugins or Expand Up Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or data loss) resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins.

7. User Conduct
